You can request to have us send you a free, pre-paid envelope! If you choose this option, simply wait 3-5 business days for it to arrive at your door. Once our envelope arrives, put your iPod into it and put the package in the mail (it's THAT easy and doesn't cost you a thing!). Please include a print-out of the order confirmation page (or the confirmation email) with your iPod.

Option 2 - Send it yourself:

If you do not want to wait 3-5 days for our envelope to arrive, you can send in your iPod on your own. If you choose this option, simply put your iPod and a print-out of the order confirmation page (or the confirmation email) into a secure package and send it to:
