iPod Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

1. Download the RMA Form.
2. Fill the form out with the correct information (your RMA number is your original order number).
3. Ship your iPod back to iKaput’s facilities with the RMA form.
4. iKaput will take a look at the iPod and determine if the repair(s) fall under your warranty.
5. If the Order is covered we will fix the iPod, and ship it back to you.
