Lost or Stolen Package Policy

iKaput.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All "Free Shipping" items are mailed with USPS Priority Mail with a Delivery Confirmation Number (Insurance must be requested and an additional fee will be required). All FedEx overnight, 2 Day, and Express Saver shipments are mailed with a tracking number and include 100 dollars insurance.
